The eighth proof for genuine and true faith is spiritual growth.

What is spiritual growth?

In Wikipedia we find the following word description for the mentally: "Mentally is on the mind (in the Christian sense) based, which is the translation from the Greek pneumatikos and Latin spiritualis. In the Bible and in religious texts is carnally often the opposite from spiritual (carnally means not always just the body, but also sometimes the complete unredeemed people)." For Growth I found in the Internet, also a beautiful statement: "growth as a human being means, that we are learn, train ourselves and thus expand our capabilities and settings."

Thereby resulting for spiritual growth that we should base on the spirit learn to and train our capabilities and settings to expand. To can start spiritual growth requires first a good seed, as Jesus Christ tells us in Luke 8, 15: "But the seed on good soil stands for those with a noble and good heart, who hear the word, retain it, and by persevering produce a crop."

The word of our Lord Jesus Christ, we can hear to best when we read in the Bible. The risk of false teaching is not given. No one needs to fear that he does not understand the words of Jesus Christ, the Lord himself has us even in John 15, 1 - 6 communicated: "I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener. He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes so that it will be even more fruitful. You are already clean because of the word I have spoken to you. Remain in me, and I will remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me. “I am the vine; you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing. If anyone does not remain in me, he is like a branch that is thrown away and withers; such branches are picked up, thrown into the fire and burned."

Thus we see that if we abide in Jesus Christ, we will understand all his words and teachings by him. But if we are not in Jesus Christ and remain, then no one can help us to understand the words and teachings of Jesus Christ.

Unfortunately many people in our time for that reason alone in danger Jesus Christ not to be found, because they do not want to take the time, to look in the Bible his fellowship. Much rather they let tell stories and explain the Bible from others.

You disregard the warning of the Apostle Paul, which he in Ephesians 4, 12 - 16 put it: "to prepare God’s people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of men in their deceitful scheming. Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will in all things grow up into him who is the Head, that is, Christ. From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work."

For many centuries, most people are already seduced by deceitful scheming, because they know the word of God from the Bible not or too little. Therefore they sanctify not the Shabbat God's and celebrate feasts for Jesus Christ which God has not willed. It does not matter to them, that they find not a word in the Bible on the by them practiced rites. It is enough for them, that churches, which accept rules, invented by people, teaching them that this is ok. This rites been seemingly have always been there, therefore they think, this rites must to be right.

I say to you, searches the real Jesus Christ in the Bible and remains in him and if ye shall ask in prayer, he will guide you to recognize the truth. This is exactly what we call spiritual growth!

The truth does not come from humans, from God comes the truth. The truth can only be found, those who seriously looking communion with God and his son. This community but can only be found in prayer and in the Bible. Jesus Christ has nothing that is in the Bible repealed or abolished. He did only away what people who call themselves scribes, had by false interpretations to God's Word added.

Gedanken zu: weil ihr aber nicht von der Welt seid?

Jesus Christus sagte in Johannes 15,18-19: „Wenn die Welt euch hasst, so wisst, dass sie mich vor euch gehasst hat. Wenn ihr von der Welt wäret, würde die Welt das Ihre lieben; weil ihr aber nicht von der Welt seid, sondern ich euch aus der Welt erwählt habe, darum hasst euch die Welt.“

Das sind klare Worte unseres Herrn. Wie sieht aber die Realität aus? Wie viele, die behaupten Christen zu sein, werden tatsächlich von der Welt gehasst? Wie viele, die behaupten Christen zu sein, glauben heute noch ungebrochen an das von Gott in der Bibel offenbarte Wort?

Um Antworten zu finden, vergleichen wir einmal, was die Welt lehrt und was Gott uns in seinem Wort lehrt! Dann schauen wir, an welche Lehre heute geglaubt wird!

Die Welt lehrt uns, dass die Erde und alles Leben vor Millionen von Jahren durch einen sogenannten „Urknall“ entstanden sind. Diese Lehre ist allgemein anerkannt und wird an den Schulen unterrichtet! Sehr viele Menschen, die sich Christen nennen, stimmen dieser Lehre zu.

Gott lehrt uns, dass er die Erde und alles Leben in sieben Tagen zu je 24 Stunden erschaffen hat. Beim Bibelstudium kann man dann herausfinden, dass dies vor etwa sechstausend Jahren gewesen ist. Diese Lehre wird von vielen Menschen, auch von sogenannten Christen, abgelehnt.

Beides lässt sich nicht beweisen, da bei keinem dieser Ereignisse ein Mensch dabei war, der heute noch lebt. Somit gibt es in beiden Fällen keine Augenzeugen, sodass es des Glaubens bedarf!

Die Welt lehrt uns, dass der Mensch vom Affen abstammt und sich über Jahrtausende zu dem entwickelt hat, was er heute ist. Auch diese Lehre ist allgemein anerkannt und wird unseren Kindern unterrichtet.

Gott lehrt uns, er habe den Menschen aus Lehm geformt, ihn gottgleich gemacht und ihm den Lebensatem eingehaucht. Er lehrt auch, dass er dies an einem Tag gemacht hat, sodass sich der Mensch nicht erst entwickeln musste, sondern schon seit seiner Schöpfung immer das war, was er heute ist. Auch diese Lehre wird heute von vielen Menschen, auch von vielen Christen, abgelehnt.

Auch hier haben wir dasselbe Dilemma. Für beide Lehren gibt es keine lebenden Augenzeugen, weshalb es auch hier des Glaubens bedarf!

Da in diesen Beispielen immer der Glaube notwendig ist, möchte ich ihnen noch einmal die Bedeutung des Begriffes Glaube verdeutlichen: „Das deutsche Wort Glaube wird in dem hier behandelten Sinn verwendet als Übersetzung des griechischen Substantivs pistis mit der Grundbedeutung „Treue, Vertrauen“. Das zugehörige Verb lautet pisteuein („treu sein, vertrauen“). Ursprünglich gemeint war also: „Ich verlasse mich auf ..., ich binde meine Existenz an ..., ich bin treu zu ...“. Das Wort zielt demnach auf Vertrauen, Gehorsam (vergleiche: Gelöbnis, Verlöbnis), Treue.“  (http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glaube)

Ein Gebet von Christen beginnt mit den Worten: „Ich glaube an Gott…“ Ist das heute wirklich so?

Die christliche Welt lehrt seit dem Jahr 321 nach Christi, dass der Sonntag der Herrentag und der Tag der Ruhe sei. Diese weltliche Lehre lässt sich an Hand von Geschichtsbüchern beweisen. Die Welt und sogenannte Christen stimmen dieser Lehre zu und an Sonntagen wird nicht gearbeitet.

Gott lehrt seit der Schöpfung; Denke an den Sabbattag, um ihn heilig zu halten. Sechs Tage sollst du arbeiten und all deine Arbeit tun, aber der siebte Tag ist Sabbat für den HERRN, deinen Gott. Du sollst <an ihm> keinerlei Arbeit tun, du und dein Sohn und deine Tochter, dein Knecht und deine Magd und dein Vieh und der Fremde bei dir, der innerhalb deiner Tore <wohnt>. Denn in sechs Tagen hat der HERR den Himmel und die Erde gemacht, das Meer und alles, was in ihnen ist, und er ruhte am siebten Tag; darum segnete der HERR den Sabbattag und heiligte ihn. Diese Lehre finden wir nicht in Geschichtsbüchern von Menschen, sondern in der Bibel. Die Urchristen hielten sich daran und zwar so lange bis ein Kirchengesetz, das beim Konzil von Laodizea (343-381 n. Chr.) beschlossen wurde, es ihnen unter Strafandrohung verbot. Dies wiederum findet sich in den Geschichtsbüchern (“Die Christen dürfen nicht nach Juden Art am Sabbat müssig sein, sondern sollen an diesem Tage arbeiten. Sie mögen dem Herrentag den Vorzug geben und als Christen ruhen, falls sie es können. Werden sie aber als Judaisierende erfunden, so seien sie von Christus ausgeschlossen.”)

Ich glaube an Gott? Ist das bei ihnen so, oder glauben sie der Welt?

Am Ende meines heutigen Beitrages möchte ich aufgrund von einigen Kritiken, die ich bekommen habe, noch einmal betonen: Ich habe nie und werde auch nie behaupten, dass meine Beiträge die einzig richtige Auslegung von Gottes Wort ist. Ich betrachte meine Beiträge nicht als Auslegung und sie sollen auch nicht so verstanden werden. Mir ist bewusst, dass ich nur ein sündiger Mensch bin und wie jeder andere auch, bin ich angewiesen auf die Gnade Gottes. Meine Beiträge sind Gedanken und Eingebungen, die ich während des Bibelstudiums und des Betens habe und sollen als Anregung zum eigenen Bibelstudium dienen.

Wie schon so oft, möchte ich auch heute wieder betonen, wie wichtig es ist alles Gehörte und gelesene selbst anhand der Bibel zu prüfen. Jeder Mensch nimmt sich Zeit, für das was er am meisten liebt. Jeder der Christus liebt, sollte sich also täglich Zeit nehmen die er mit Bibellesen und Gebet verbringt.

Deshalb umgürtet die Lenden eurer Gesinnung, seid nüchtern und hofft völlig auf die Gnade, die euch gebracht wird in der Offenbarung Jesu Christi! Als Kinder des Gehorsams passt euch nicht den Begierden an, die früher in eurer Unwissenheit <herrschten>, sondern wie der, welcher euch berufen hat, heilig ist  seid auch ihr im ganzen Wandel heilig! Denn es steht geschrieben: »Seid heilig, denn ich bin heilig. «  Und wenn ihr den als Vater anruft, der ohne Ansehen der Person nach eines jeden Werk richtet, so wandelt die Zeit eurer Fremdlingschaft in Furcht! Denn ihr wisst, dass ihr nicht mit vergänglichen Dingen, mit Silber oder Gold, erlöst worden seid von eurem eitlen  von den Vätern überlieferten Wandel  sondern mit dem kostbaren Blut Christi als eines Lammes ohne Fehler und ohne Flecken  Er ist zwar im Voraus vor Grundlegung der Welt erkannt, aber am Ende der Zeiten geoffenbart worden um euretwillen, die ihr durch ihn an Gott glaubt, der ihn aus den Toten auferweckt und ihm Herrlichkeit gegeben hat  so dass euer Glaube und eure Hoffnung auf Gott <gerichtet> ist. Da ihr eure Seelen durch den Gehorsam gegen die Wahrheit zur ungeheuchelten Bruderliebe gereinigt habt, so liebt einander anhaltend, aus reinem Herzen! Denn ihr seid wiedergeboren nicht aus vergänglichem Samen, sondern aus unvergänglichem durch das lebendige und bleibende Wort Gottes. Denn »alles Fleisch ist wie Gras und alle seine Herrlichkeit wie des Grases Blume. Das Gras ist verdorrt, und die Blume ist abgefallen; aber das Wort des Herrn bleibt in Ewigkeit. « Dies aber ist das Wort, das euch als Evangelium verkündigt worden ist. Amen (1.Petrus 1,13-25)

Thoughts on separation from the world

The seventh proof for genuine and true faith is the separation from the world.

In Wiktionary we find defined for separation: Is the intent or the result of the decision, to stay away from something or someone. (http://de.wiktionary.org/wiki/Absonderung)

Thus it follows that a true believer has made ​​the decision for themselves, to stay away from worldly things. That would mean, that the true believer no longer wants to possess, this luxury items touted from the world and according to advertising as essential for perfectly in this world live. A believer who is led by the Holy Spirit, has realized that all these luxuries is completely useless to attain, true happiness and peace of God.

This is a reason why the Apostle Paul writes in 1.Corinthians 2, 12: "We have not received the spirit of the world but the Spirit who is from God, that we may understand what God has freely given us."

This sentence confirms that a true believer, this is someone who has received the Holy Spirit, themselves without compulsion and of pure love for Jesus Christ, will abide the commandments and the statutes of God. That will be his entire efforts and he will no longer align his whole strength and his thoughts, how he can finance an even bigger house, a more luxurious car, even more travel, more expensive watches, etc.

Before this warns us the Apostle John in 1.John 2.15-17 very clearly with the words: "Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For everything in the world—the cravings of sinful man, the lust of his eyes and the boasting of what he has and does—comes not from the Father but from the world. The world and its desires pass away, but the man who does the will of God lives forever."

Considering this more than clear words I cannot understand, why so many purported Christians himself permanently refuse to do the will of God! Is it possible, that false doctrine over centuries has made ​​people blind and deaf?

The will of God, are his commandments and his statutes, which he hath given unto Moses. His will has never changed, because he applies forever. Even Jesus Christ obeyed his father's will, and made clear more than once, that he would save only those who believe in him, and do his will.

The result is automatically, that the Torah (five books of Moses) have eternal validity. Therefore keep true believer the Sabbath and the feasts of God and not those from humans established Sunday and the festivals which people have invented! The Sunday and the festivals of the people are from this world, but the Shabbat, the feasts of the Lord and the Torah are from God!

That is why the Apostle John wrote in 1.John 5, 5: "Who is it that overcomes the world? Only he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God."

I beg you, to ask you these question; why the world do not hate you. Examine yourself at the Word of God (the bible), and also check everything what you hear or read about these things. But let you just help from the Holy Spirit! Read the Bible and ask God in prayer for help. This will bring you much closer to your salvation, than any Christian teaching from human made.

Gedanken über den Galaterbrief 3, 1 – 14

Als ich vor einigen Tagen im Galaterbrief 3, 1 – 14 las, was Paulus dort geschrieben hat, bekam ich große Probleme, wie diese Worte mit den Worten Jesus Christus zusammenpassen könnten.

Hier die Worte des Paulus in Galater 3, 1 – 14: „O unverständige Galater! Wer hat euch bezaubert, denen Jesus Christus als gekreuzigt vor Augen gemalt wurde? Nur dies will ich von euch wissen: Habt ihr den Geist aus Gesetzeswerken empfangen oder aus der Kunde des Glaubens? Seid ihr so unverständig? Nachdem ihr im Geist angefangen habt, wollt ihr jetzt im Fleisch vollenden? So Großes habt ihr vergeblich erfahren? Wenn es wirklich vergeblich <ist>! Der euch nun den Geist darreicht und Wunderwerke unter euch wirkt, <tut er es> aus Gesetzeswerken oder aus der Kunde des Glaubens? Ebenso wie Abraham Gott glaubte und es ihm zur Gerechtigkeit gerechnet wurde. Erkennt daraus: die aus Glauben sind, diese sind Abrahams Söhne! Die Schrift aber, voraussehend, dass Gott die Nationen aus Glauben rechtfertigen werde, verkündigte dem Abraham die gute Botschaft voraus: »In dir werden gesegnet werden alle Nationen. Folglich werden die, die aus Glauben sind, mit dem gläubigen Abraham gesegnet. Denn alle, die aus Gesetzeswerken sind, die sind unter dem Fluch; denn es steht geschrieben: Verflucht ist jeder, der nicht bleibt in allem, was im Buch des Gesetzes geschrieben ist, um es zu tun! Dass aber durch Gesetz niemand vor Gott gerechtfertigt wird, ist offenbar, denn der Gerechte wird aus Glauben leben. Das Gesetz aber ist nicht aus Glauben, sondern: Wer diese Dinge getan hat, wird durch sie leben. Christus hat uns losgekauft von dem Fluch des Gesetzes, indem er ein Fluch für uns geworden ist – denn es steht geschrieben: »Verflucht ist jeder, der am Holz hängt! « –, damit der Segen Abrahams in Christus Jesus zu den Nationen komme, damit wir die Verheißung des Geistes durch den Glauben empfingen.“

Dort aber die Worte unseres Herrn Jesus Christus: „Wahrlich, wahrlich, ich sage euch: Wer an mich glaubt, der wird auch die Werke tun, die ich tue, und wird größere als diese tun, weil ich zum Vater gehe. (Johannes 14, 12) Wenn ihr mich liebt, so werdet ihr meine Gebote halten, (Johannes 14, 15) Jesus antwortete und sprach zu ihm: Wenn jemand mich liebt, so wird er mein Wort halten (Johannes 14, 23) Wenn ihr meine Gebote haltet, so werdet ihr in meiner Liebe bleiben, wie ich die Gebote meines Vaters gehalten habe und in seiner Liebe bleibe. (Johannes 15, 10)“

Für mein Verständnis standen die Worte des Paulus in Widerspruch zu dem was Jesus Christus lehrte. Ich weiß aber, dass dies unmöglich ist, da sich das Wort Gottes in der Bibel nicht widerspricht. So hatte ich das Problem, wie ich nun erkennen kann, wo ich falsch denke. Tagelang betete ich zu Gott, auch auf Knien, er möge mir doch Erkenntnis für meine Frage geben, wie ich Paulus Worte zu verstehen habe.

Gestern Abend wurden meine Gebete erhört und ich begriff die Worte des Paulus. Abraham wurde es von Gott als Gerechtigkeit gerechnet, dass er sich auf Gottes Wort verließ, seine Existenz vom Wort Gottes abhängig machte, dem Wort Gottes treu war und dass er Gott gehorsam war.

Nun ist mir bewusst, dass Paulus mit diesen Worten den Galatern genau das gelehrt hat, was auch Jesus Christus den Menschen lehrte.

Die Israeliten trennten schon sehr bald das Gesetz vom Gesetzgeber und taten vieles dazu, dass Gott nie verlangt hat. Dann wollten sie es eigenmächtig halten um aus diesen eigenen Verdiensten das Heil zu erlangen. Damit zerstörten sie aber den Glauben und das Vertrauen zum Geber des Bundes. So verfielen sie einem tödlichen Eigenvertrauen.

Was Paulus die Galater fragt ist, ob sie wirklich denselben Fehler machen wollen, den die Israeliten machten, oder ob sie lieber Jesus glauben, vertrauen, gehorsam und treu sein wollten.

Die Worte in 3. Mose, 18, 5: „Wer es tut, wird dadurch leben“ sind eben nur dann positiv wenn man so wie Abraham, sich auf Gottes Wort verlässt, die eigene Existenz vom Wort Gottes abhängig macht und Gottes Wort treu und gehorsam ist. Nur das in den Treuebund Gottes eingefügte Tun des Gesetzes wird Leben schenken; dass gesetzliche Tun aus sich selbst führt in die Verdammnis.

Jesus Christus heiligte den Sabbat und tat an diesem Tag dennoch Dinge, die für die Israeliten Gotteslästerung waren. Warum? Weil die Israeliten das Gesetz vom Gesetzgeber getrennt hatten und vieles durch menschliche Auslegung der Thora dazu taten, das Gott niemals verlangt hat.

So gefährlich ist es menschlicher Auslegung des Wortes Gottes zu glauben, dass man dadurch sogar sein Heil verlieren kann!

Wie ich eingangs schon erwähnt habe, hatte ich viele Tage große Schwierigkeiten mit dem Text von Paulus. Doch habe ich es bewusst vermieden, menschliche Auslegungen zu diesem Bibelabschnitt zu lesen. Ich betete lieber zu Gott, an den ich glaube, dem ich vertraue, von dessen Wort meine Existenz abhängt und dem ich treu und gehorsam bin. Er hat mein Gebet erhört.

Sowohl Gott, als auch sein Sohn Jesus Christus, werden nur denen gnädig sein, die sie von Herzen suchen und im Glauben an ihre Worte, die Gebote, den Sabbat und die Feste des Herrn einhalten werden.

Aber eben nicht so wie die Israeliten, losgelöst von Gott; sondern nach dem Willen Gottes und wie es Jesus vorgelebt hat.

Ich bete, dass alle Menschen endlich erkennen mögen, wie falsch all die Religionen der heutigen Zeit sind.

Heute ein Psalm, der uns erkennen lässt, dass auch schon David am Glauben an Gott festhielt:

Ein Wallfahrtslied.

Aus den Tiefen rufe ich zu dir, o HERR. Herr, höre auf meine Stimme! Lasse deine Ohren aufmerksam sein auf die Stimme meines Flehens! Wenn du, Jah, die Sünden anrechnest, Herr, wer wird bestehen? Doch bei dir ist die Vergebung, damit man dich fürchte. Ich hoffe auf den HERRN, meine Seele hofft, und auf sein Wort harre ich. Meine Seele <harrt> auf den Herrn, mehr als die Wächter auf den Morgen, die Wächter auf den Morgen. Harre, Israel, auf den HERRN! Denn bei dem HERRN ist die Gnade, und viel Erlösung bei ihm. Ja, er wird Israel erlösen von allen seinen Sünden. Amen

Thoughts about selfless love

The sixth proof for true and genuine faith is selfless love.

The Wiki dictionary says - selfless is: “too put the welfare of others above your own” (http://de.wiktionary.org/wiki/selbstlos)

In Wikipedia is explains love: “Is the term for the strongest affection and esteem, which a human being to be able, to give someone else. It is not necessary that this is reciprocated. It is a more potent sentiment than a simple liking for another.” (http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liebe)

It thus follows from these definitions, that for everyone who loves selflessly, is first intent cares about the welfare of his fellow men and give his strongest affection and esteem too his fellow. The selflessly loving needed no reciprocate and certainly not he thinks of his own advantage.

Just this love describes the apostle John in 1 John 2, 9: "Anyone who claims to be in the light but hates his brother is still in the darkness." and also in the 1.John 3, 14: "We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love our brothers. Anyone who does not love remains in death." And last but not least in 1.John 4, 7: "Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God."

The more I think about these verses, the more I am amazed, that today there are many people who argue, to be a Christian and to have the Holy Spirit; thereby however treat their fellow badly, opinionated, quarrelsome, jealous, envious, and insulting. Either, these people have no idea who their fellow man, or they follow a false doctrine.

Anyone who has in yourself the real and true faith must however know, that Jesus Christ will never be accepted such persons!

Just today in our computer age, abound on the platforms of social media very many people, which claim, they are God's beloved children, but every posted contribution, that does not fit into their worldview, to comment with abusive, inhumane and worst accusations. But such comments are the best witness for somebody does not know God. Because such comments lacks all that Jesus Christ ever taught about patience, kindness, morality and charity. Many people obvious forgot the theorem: - So, if you think you are standing firm, be careful that you don’t fall! –

We are now in spite of the many Christian religions exactly in this situation, Jesus Christ has warned us: The people are heartless and the love is grown cold!

I think, it is high time to let the false doctrines of humans behind us and to seek with all of our strength, the authentic and truthful Jesus Christ. Therefore let us finally to stop, thinking that the Bible must be interpreted. Let us also stop to believe, the many of different interpretations from the Bible of the Pharisees and scribes.

You think, the Pharisees and scribes are extinct? But I tell you, they are not extinct, they call themselves just different!

If you are in relation to statements in the Bible a little bit unsure, then pray to God and the Holy Spirit will teach you everything!

So, now you can check yourself and think about, how you treat your fellow men. Are you so far, that the welfare from your fellow man is for you much more important as your own? Do not lose heart, still seeking more than ever before a fellowship with God and his Son Jesus Christ our Redeemer. Remember, Jesus Christ gives us salvation, but not at any price. Most certainly he will not redeem those which show by their behaviour, that they do not want redemption. How should someone who here and now loves himself most and seeks only to his advantage, in eternity where the laws and commandments of God have validity, May suddenly have community with the people in love?

I will exalt you, my God the King; I will praise your name for ever and ever. Every day I will praise you and extol your name for ever and ever.  Great is the Lord and most worthy of praise; his greatness no one can fathom. One generation will commend your works to another; they will tell of your mighty acts. They will speak of the glorious splendour of your majesty, and I will meditate on your wonderful works. They will tell of the power of your awesome works, and I will proclaim your great deeds. They will celebrate your abundant goodness and joyfully sing of your righteousness. Thoughts about constant prayer

The fifth proof for real and true faith is constant prayer.

According to wiki dictionary means constant: continuously, persistently, persevering, changeless! (http://de.wiktionary.org/wiki/beständig)

Constant prayer means for us, that we are to have persistently and persevering communion with God. In a time as today, where everything should go so fast, is this a very big challenge. But real faith also makes this possible, as Jesus Christ in Luke 18, 1 explains: "Then Jesus told his disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up."

The Holy Spirit helps true believers, to pray persevering. This prayer takes place in the spirit, therefore nobody needs to pray persistently and audible. The Apostle Paul writes in Ephesians 6,18: "And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints."

Anyone who has true faith, has recognized that we must have no worries about anything, because the will of God always happens. Believe means also, the words of God to believe and the certainty to have in your heart, that God complies his promises. So you have the mind freely and be able constantly pray in the spirit for God.

Also, remember the worries and stress are of this world. True believers but are not of this world. So Paul writes in 1 Timothy 2, 1 - 4: "I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone—  for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. This is good, and pleases God our Saviour, who wants all men to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth."

Examine yourself now, pray you already constantly, or are you still prisoner of the worries and needs of this world! To be in worry always means, to give too little or no faith in the words of God. Please God, he should let you grow in faith and always stay in His Word. Jesus Christ himself explains, how futile it is to be in worry, if you cannot even such a simple thing to be able to count as his own hair on the head.

In our modern world with all the luxury goods, which are extolled also through advertising, it is very hard to believe the words of God. Most people do not even know how useless these things are and that you none of these things needs to live. Just think, that all this luxury is only required, so that the world loves you.

Yet listen, to the words of the Apostle James, which he in James 5, 16 - 18 wrote: "Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective.  Elijah was a man just like us. He prayed earnestly that it would not rain, and it did not rain on the land for three and a half years.  Again he prayed, and the heavens gave rain, and the earth produced its crops."

Stay in the Word of God and you will realize that the New Testament removes nothing from the Old Testament, and vice versa. If you read the Bible, do not use any interpretations of the Pharisees (Priest) and scribes (theologians), because these are only thoughts from people, are brought to paper. Jesus Christ also warned us about them.

Now check everything you hear and read, with the word of God in the Bible and retain the truth! May the Lord bless and keep you. Shalom

Gedanken über Zielgruppen Gottesdienst

Natürlich weiß ich, dass sich diese Überschrift lächerlich anhört und mit Sicherheit nicht biblisch ist.

Doch am 18.08.2013 las ich einen Beitrag auf Facebook, welcher von Idea (http://www.idea.de) gepostet worden war. Der Artikel berichtete davon, dass sowohl die evangelische -, wie auch die katholische Kirche tatsächlich ihr Geld für Zielgruppenanalyse und Marketingstrategien ausgibt um spezielle Gottesdienste etwa für Jugendliche, Ledige, Familien, Motorradfahrer, Fußballfans, Kunstinteressierte und Demenz-kranke auszuarbeiten und zu bewerben.

Ich dachte im ersten Augenblick, dass es sich bei diesem Artikel um einen Scherz, eine sogenannte Ente handelt. Doch in dem Beitrag stand, dass sich mit dieser Frage eine am 17. August ausgestrahlte Sendung des Deutschlandradios (Köln) befasst hatte. Weiter war zu lesen, dass in der Sendung zwei Zielgruppengottesdienste in Köln vorgestellt worden sind; ein katholischer Single-Gottesdienst mit 35 Besuchern und ein evangelischer Gottesdienst von Frauen für Frauen mit 20 Besucherinnen.

Bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt dachte ich immer, dass Zielgruppenanalyse und Marketing, Dinge dieser Welt sind um zum Beispiel Luxusartikel besser verkaufen zu können.

Dieser Beitrag hat mich eines Besseren belehrt und zeigt mir, wie verbrüdert die beiden großen Kirchen bereits mit dieser Welt sind. In den Führungsetagen dieser Kirchen können keine von Gott berufenen Menschen mehr sitzen! Das sind Menschen, die das Wort Gottes nicht kennen. Wie sonst wäre es möglich auf eine so kranke Idee zu kommen, man könne das Wort Gottes mit Werbestrategien besser an den Mann bringen!

Jesus Christus selbst hat in Johannes 6, 44 gesagt: „Niemand kann zu mir kommen, wenn nicht der Vater, der mich gesandt hat, ihn zieht; und ich werde ihn auferwecken am letzten Tag.“

Noch deutlicher sagte er dann in Johannes 6, 65: „Und er sprach: Darum habe ich euch gesagt, dass niemand zu mir kommen kann, es sei ihm denn von dem Vater gegeben.“

Ich denke, der Beitrag von Idea zeigt uns, dass es den beiden Kirchen nicht mehr um Gott und sein Wort geht. Diesen Kirchen geht es um Besucherzahlen und um Menschen die ihnen Kirchensteuer zahlen. Währen in den Führungsebenen dieser Kirchen noch gottesfürchtige Menschen, dann müssten sie doch wissen, dass man keine Werbestrategien benötigt um den Menschen das Evangelium nahe zubringen. Es genügt, die Wahrheit des Wortes zu predigen und den Heiligen Geist wirken zu lassen.

Aus eigener Erfahrung weiß ich, dass keine Werbestrategie der Welt mich Gott nahe gebracht hätte. Es waren die wunderbaren Werke, die Gott an mir tat, als er mich zu sich zog, die mich überzeugten Jesus Christus zu folgen. 

So war es dann auch der Heilige Geist der mich die Worte des Paulus aus 2. Timotheus 4, 2 – 5 zu verstehen lehrte: „Predige das Wort, stehe bereit zu gelegener und ungelegener Zeit; überführe, weise zurecht, ermahne mit aller Langmut und Lehre! Denn es wird eine Zeit sein, da sie die gesunde Lehre nicht ertragen, sondern nach ihren eigenen Begierden sich selbst Lehrer aufhäufen werden, weil es ihnen in den Ohren kitzelt; und sie werden die Ohren von der Wahrheit abkehren und sich zu den Fabeln hinwenden.“

 Durch genau diese Worte durfte ich erkennen, wie viele Fabeln von den heutigen Kirchen gelehrt werden.

Ich bete zu Gott, dass die Menschen endlich beginnen, die Bibel genauer zu lesen und dann das Gelesene mit dem vergleichen, was ihnen in den Kirchen erzählt wird.

Der HERR ist König! Es zittern die Völker. Er thront auf den Cherubim. Es wankt die Erde. Groß ist der HERR in Zion, und hoch ist er über alle Völker. Preisen sollen sie deinen Namen, den großen und furchtbaren – heilig ist er! – und die Stärke des Königs, der das Recht liebt! Du hast die Rechtsordnung begründet und hast Recht und Gerechtigkeit in Jakob geschaffen. Erhebt den HERRN, unseren Gott, und fallt nieder vor dem Schemel seiner Füße! Heilig ist er. Mose und Aaron unter seinen Priestern, und Samuel unter denen, die seinen Namen anriefen, sie riefen zu dem HERRN, und er antwortete ihnen. In der Wolkensäule redete er zu ihnen. Sie bewahrten seine Zeugnisse und die Ordnung, die er ihnen gegeben hatte. HERR, unser Gott, du hast ihnen geantwortet! Ein vergebender Gott warst du ihnen, <doch auch> ein Rächer ihrer Taten. Erhebt den HERRN, unseren Gott, und fallt nieder an seinem heiligen Berg! Denn heilig ist der HERR, unser Gott. Amen

Thoughts about honourable devotion to God

The fourth proof of genuine and true faith, I will treat today, is honourable devotion to God.

In Spiritual Wiki we can read: "Devotion to God means submission to the will of God. This devotion develops from the love to God. Devotion to God arises therefore from the spiritual intention to be in deep reverence and devotion, a servant of God and thereby acknowledge the reality.

The aspects that are associated with the devotional love, are resistance, loyalty and commitment. Devotion to God includes also courage, willingness and faith and the knowledge of material information.

The deep devotion to God requires integrity and sincerity towards himself, which makes it possible to dispense with the temporary emotional rewards of uncompromising stubborn egos and overcome them." (http://de.spiritualwiki.org/Hawkins/Hingabe)

This declaration like it very much, because she is very accurate and easy to understand. So really can see anyone, that it is very important, to surrender to the will of God. It is necessary to remain in the Word of God and reading the bible. To preach the true gospel courageous and gladly, without falsifying, only can those who has the knowledge of God's Word. Therefore one must fast and pray, reading the Bible and not give it up.

All this stems from this beautiful explanation. But this honourable devotion must apply for God; and not to any church or a religious branch. We recognize the honourable devotion to God, because we would like to keep his commandments and his statutes. Also the Feasts of our Lord and his holy Sabbath. In prayer we asking him to help us. But this did not for our honour to God, but rather as written in Psalm 115, 1: "Not to us, O Lord, not to us but to your name be the glory, because of your love and faithfulness."

To live today this honourable devotion to God, it required a lot of courage, because the churches of this world are their power will give not without a fight back to God. Even the today selfishness of people cannot stand, to admit that they being mistaken. It has long been forgotten, what Jeremiah wrote in his book in 9, 23 - 24: "This is what the Lord says: “Let not the wise man boast of his wisdom or the strong man boast of his strength or the rich man boast of his riches, but let him who boasts boast about this: that he understands and knows me, that I am the Lord, who exercises kindness, justice and righteousness on earth, for in these I delight,” declares the Lord."

Recognize the Will of God, then you can honour Him with devotion! But you can only recognize God, if you know his word and his will. But for this you need to read the Bible. If you do not understand something at once, ask God in prayer, may he give thee understanding. If a person wants to teach you, so check his word in the Bible and do not believe directly.

In Isaiah 48, 10 we read, that God himself said: "See, I have refined you, though not as silver; I have tested you in the furnace of affliction." And in Psalm 105,3 we find the wonderful words: "Glory in his holy name; let the hearts of those who seek the Lord rejoice."

If you are from the heart looking for God, thou shalt find him also. For this you need no religions and no churches.

Honourable devotion to God means that you will align your life, to give glory to God and not to please some people. Stop it God to provoke twice. Once, you celebrate pagan festivals, not arranged by God (Christmas, Easter). Twice, you claim to do this for the glory of god. This is worse than idolatry. Due such an act, two sons of Aaron died in the fire.

As a God commanded that festivals should be celebrated, he specifically said "these are the Feasts of our Lord!"

So it is with the Sabbath. God did not rest on any day, but rather on the seventh day, and this is his Sabbath!

Jesus Christ has abolished neither the Feasts of our Lord, nor the Sabbath. He only condemned the many tasks, who had thereto the Pharisees and scribes to the commandment of God. Not the Sabbath, but human rituals was the vexation for Jesus.

How do you want honour God with devotion, if you already fail to comply, his holy Shabbat and its prescribed feasts of the Lord?

Test everything in the Bible and let yourself not astray guide by interpretations. Keep in mind, interpretations are opinions by people and not of God! Ask God for the Holy Spirit. Believe only the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ himself has promised, that the Spirit will only speak, what he tells him.

Keep me safe, O God, for in you I take refuge. I said to the Lord, “You are my Lord; apart from you I have no good thing.” As for the saints who are in the land, they are the glorious ones in whom is all my delight. The sorrows of those will increase who run after other gods. I will not pour out their libations of blood or take up their names on my lips. Lord, you have assigned me my portion and my cup; you have made my lot secure. The boundary lines have fallen for me in pleasant places; surely I have a delightful inheritance. I will praise the Lord, who counsels me; even at night my heart instructs me. I have set the Lord always before me. Because he is at my right hand, I will not be shaken. Therefore my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices; my body also will rest secure, because you will not abandon me to the grave, nor will you let your Holy One see decay. You have made known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand. Amen

Gedanken zum Galaterbrief 5, 1 – 6

Der Apostel Paulus schrieb im Galaterbrief 5, 1 – 6: „Für die Freiheit hat Christus uns freigemacht. Steht nun fest und lasst euch nicht wieder durch ein Joch der Sklaverei belasten! Siehe, ich, Paulus, sage euch, dass Christus euch nichts nützen wird, wenn ihr euch beschneiden lasst. Ich bezeuge aber noch einmal jedem Menschen, der sich beschneiden lässt, dass er das ganze Gesetz zu tun schuldig ist. Ihr seid von Christus abgetrennt, die ihr im Gesetz gerechtfertigt werden wollt; ihr seid aus der Gnade gefallen. Wir nämlich erwarten durch <den> Geist aus Glauben die Hoffnung der Gerechtigkeit. Denn in Christus Jesus hat weder Beschneidung noch Unbeschnitten sein irgendeine Kraft, sondern <der> durch Liebe wirksame Glaube.“

Da auch diese Verse gerne dazu benützt werden, um zu beweisen, dass durch Jesus Christus der Sabbat, die Feste des Herrn, die Gebote und Satzungen Gottes, aufgehoben wurden; möchte ich mich damit intensiver auseinandersetzen.

Was bedeutet eigentlich Freiheit? In Wikipedia fand ich eine sehr gute Erklärung: „Freiheit (lateinisch libertas) wird in der Regel verstanden als die Möglichkeit, ohne Zwang zwischen verschiedenen Möglichkeiten auswählen und entscheiden zu können. Der Begriff benennt allgemein einen Zustand der Autonomie eines Subjekts.“

„Das junge Christentum hat die Vorstellungen des Judentums zum Thema Freiheit zwar übernommen, aber eschatologisiert, d. h. zu einer Kategorie der „zukünftigen Welt“ gemacht. Der Begriff Freiheit (Eleutheria) beschreibt im Neuen Testament vor allem eine religiöse Qualität. Angesichts der bevorstehenden Parusie (Wiederkehr) ihres auferstandenen Herrn Jesus Christus schien jede politische Veränderung der Welt zunächst sinnlos. Es ging jetzt eher darum, im stoisch-hellenistischen Sinne „innerlich“ frei zu werden von den Zwängen der untergehenden Welt. Der Apostel Paulus hat das stoische Freiheitsverständnis aufgreifend christlich formuliert, der Christ sei im religiösen Sinne frei von Gesetz, Sünde und Tod (Römerbrief, Kapitel 6–8). In diesem „inneren“ Sinne ist auch der Satz aus dem Galaterbrief des Paulus zu verstehen, dass alle Menschen in Christus gleich und damit frei seien (Gal 3, 26–28): „Für die Freiheit hat uns Christus befreit, darum … lasst euch nicht wieder unter ein Joch der Knechtschaft bringen“. Den Galatern wurde von jüdischen Irrlehrern gelehrt, dass sie sich beschneiden lassen müssten, um das ganze Gesetz zu erfüllen. Paulus aber wusste, dass die Beschneidung nichts mit den Geboten und Satzungen Gottes zu tun hat, da sie lediglich als Zeichen des Bundes, den Gott mit Israel hat, dient. Da aber jeder, der in diesem Bund ist, die Gesetze des Herrn einhalten muss, kann ein solcher nicht frei sein; nämlich in dem Sinn, dass er ohne Zwang entscheiden könnte. So erklärt Paulus in diesen Zeilen, dass eben nur der, welcher Jesus Christus hat, frei ist, selbst und ohne Zwang seinen geistlichen Weg zu wählen. Das es Paulus um die geistliche Freiheit geht, verstehen wir, wenn wir die nächsten Zeilen lesen, wo Paulus im Galaterbrief 5, 13 – 15 schreibt: „Denn ihr seid zur Freiheit berufen worden, Brüder. Nur gebraucht nicht die Freiheit als Anlass für das Fleisch, sondern dient einander durch die Liebe! Denn das ganze Gesetz ist in einem Wort erfüllt, indem: »Du sollst deinen Nächsten lieben wie dich selbst. «  Wenn ihr aber einander beißt und fresst, so seht zu, dass ihr nicht voneinander verzehrt werdet!“

Paulus weiß ganz genau, dass niemand der unter dem Gesetz lebt; was nichts anderes bedeutet als die Gebote und Gesetze Gottes einhalten zu müssen um dadurch erlöst zu werden; dies von sich aus tun kann. Wer aber Jesus Christus als den Herrn annimmt, den wird der Heilige Geist leiten, sodass er früher oder später durch die gelebte Nächstenliebe, die Gebote und Satzungen Gottes einhalten wird. So werden die wahrhaft erretteten, wenn sie Gott lieben, seinen Sabbat und seine Feste einhalten. Nicht weil sie unter dem Gesetz sind, sondern weil sie Gott lieben. Wer seinen Nächsten liebt, wird eben nicht stehlen, lügen, begehren, morden, betrügen, usw. und hat somit die Gebote und das Gesetz erfüllt. Da Paulus weiß, dass man dazu aber geistlich leben muss, schreibt er im Galaterbrief 5, 16 – 18: „Ich sage aber: Wandelt im Geist, und ihr werdet die Begierde des Fleisches nicht erfüllen. Denn das Fleisch begehrt gegen den Geist auf, der Geist aber gegen das Fleisch; denn diese sind einander entgegengesetzt, damit ihr nicht das tut, was ihr wollt. Wenn ihr aber durch den Geist geleitet werdet, seid ihr nicht unter Gesetz.“

 Jeder, der wahrhaftig Jesus Christus als seinen Herrn angenommen hat, wird durch den Heiligen Geist geleitet werden. Da wir wissen, dass der Heilige Geist uns alles lehren wird, können wir nun begreifen, was Jesus Christus durch sein Opfer bewirkt hat. Er hat erfüllt, was Gott durch die Propheten bekanntmachen hat lassen; Jesus Christus hat die Gebote und Satzungen Gottes in die Herzen der wahrhaft Gläubigen geschrieben und sie dadurch erlöst!

Paulus, der auch das erkannt hat schreibt deshalb im Galaterbrief 5, 19 – 26: „Offenbar aber sind die Werke des Fleisches; es sind: Unzucht, Unreinheit, Ausschweifung, Götzendienst, Zauberei, Feindschaften, Hader, Eifersucht, Zornausbrüche, Selbstsüchteleien, Zwistigkeiten, Parteiungen, Neidereien, Trinkgelage, Völlereien und dergleichen. Von diesen sage ich euch im Voraus, so wie ich vorher sagte, dass die, die so etwas tun, das Reich Gottes nicht erben werden. Die Frucht des Geistes aber ist: Liebe, Freude, Friede, Langmut, Freundlichkeit, Güte, Treue, Sanftmut, Enthaltsamkeit. Gegen diese ist das Gesetz nicht. Die aber dem Christus Jesus angehören, haben das Fleisch samt den Leidenschaften und Begierden gekreuzigt. Wenn wir durch den Geist leben, so lasst uns durch den Geist wandeln! Lasst uns nicht nach eitler Ehre trachten, indem wir einander herausfordern, einander beneiden!“

Wir sehen also, dass auch diese Zeilen bei genauer Betrachtung nicht dazu geeignet sind, damit beweisen zu können, dass Jesus Christus das Gesetz und die Gebote aufgehoben hätte. Ganz im Gegenteil, diese Zeilen beweisen, das Gottes gesamtes Wort ewige Gültigkeit hat und das Jesus Christus tatsächlich keinen Buchstaben oder Punkt davon verändert hat. So soll sich niemand täuschen lassen, denn wer weiterhin nach den Vorlieben dieser Welt wandelt, der wird das Reich Gottes nicht erben.

Jesus Christus gab uns die Freiheit, ohne Zwang zu wählen, ob wir durch das Halten des Gesetzes uns selbst erlösen wollen und so verloren gehen, oder durch seine Gnade das Gesetz halten können und so durch ihn erlöst zu werden.

Irrt euch nicht, Gott lässt sich nicht verspotten! Denn was ein Mensch sät, das wird er auch ernten. Denn wer auf sein Fleisch sät, wird vom Fleisch Verderben ernten; wer aber auf den Geist sät, wird vom Geist ewiges Leben ernten. Lasst uns aber im Gutes tun nicht müde werden! Denn zur bestimmten Zeit werden wir ernten, wenn wir nicht ermatten. Lasst uns also nun, wie wir Gelegenheit haben, allen gegenüber das Gute wirken, am meisten aber gegenüber den Hausgenossen des Glaubens! Amen

Thoughts about genuine humility

As a third proof of real and true faith, we have true humility.

But we should know what humility means, for without this knowledge we cannot recognize for ourselves, whether our humility is really! Humility plays a special role in Jewish and Christian thought. In the Old and New Testament humility is an essential characteristic of the true believer, the person who is right with God. The root of the used Hebrew word contains the meanings of "to bend" or "bow down". In the Old Testament Humility is the opposite from arrogance. (Proverbs 29, 23)."

True humility is therefore the absolute submission, the bow before our Creator. Not because God is a tyrant, but because we love him so. This total dedication to God requires absolute obedience, which also means that we not only respect his commandments and laws, but these also comply without contradicting. Our Lord Jesus Christ, has pre show us, exactly this Humility prior God.

In our time, where preached, self-realization and do yourself good, the most people refuses vehemently against this humility. Today many people are of the opinion to be a Christian, but that they have to humble themselves, they do not want to hear. The proclamation of a soggy-gospel and the misguided teaching that the Old Testament is today no longer valid; are for this responsible. So are being many people deceived and about the redemption defrauded, which in turn indicates that the Pharisees and scribes are not extinct, today they have other designations. About that the apostle James writes in the New Testament in James 4, 6: "But he gives us more grace. That is why Scripture says: “God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble." And further to 4, 9 - 10: "Grieve, mourn and wail. Change your laughter to mourning and your joy to gloom. Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up."

Without genuine humility there will be no mercy, and many this will have to realize, when they will appear before the throne of the Lord. But then already it may be too late. You can read the Bible. The Bible is not secret doctrine. Anyone can understand what is written in the book of the Lord. So do not rely on teacher and self-proclaimed Bible teacher. The Word of God has eternal validity and Jesus Christ himself has declared that not even a dot or a comma is changed until the end of this world.

If you have recognized, that it is the will of God, to keep and hallow His commandments, His Sabbath, His laws and its festivals, then you should be do it. All this is proclaimed in his word, so it must be important for him! Anyone who has true and genuine faith, really loves God and humble themselves before him and want to fulfil his wishes and orders without question.

I wonder now, why we celebrate festivals since centuries, which has invented a Roman emperor, who claimed to be Christian? Why people since the same time think Sunday is the Lord's Day, however this day has been arranged by this Roman emperor? Not one of these Celebrations or Sunday is mentioned in the Bible!

Why people which read the Bible, do not think about such things? Are they so uninterested or so caught up in their churches, that they believe human words more than the word of God?

I personally noticed this contradiction immediately. Immediately after I became a believer and I had read first time the Bible. However, in the community in which I was at that time, nobody could give me a plausible and credible explanation. Yes, to this day no one was been able to explain me this contradiction. But a few weeks ago, when I was praying about it, I suddenly had a thought in my head, the did not want to disappear. He was: "Man is a creature of habit!"

Then I realized that yes this idolatry of Sunday, Christmas, Easter, ..., has been practiced for centuries, so that it was for the people to normalcy.

What people need today are courageous prophets, who proclaim the Word of God in truth and take up the fight against the powerful churches. Precisely such men, Jesus promised in Matthew 5, 12: "Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you."

Here as well, is: try yourself in all honesty at the Word of God. Let the Bible be your main textbook and you'll realize why this world also loves the Christians!

I wish you, that thou also humbly before God, grows in faith and joyful heart with the psalmist of Psalm 51:15 can shout: “O Lord, open my lips, and my mouth will declare your praise.”

Lord, who may dwell in your sanctuary? Who may live on your holy hill? He whose walk is blameless and who does what is righteous, who speaks the truth from his heart and has no slander on his tongue, who does his neighbor no wrong and casts no slur on his fellowman, who despises a vile man but honors those who fear the Lord, who keeps his oath even when it hurts, who lends his money without usury and does not accept a bribe against the innocent. He who does these things will never be shaken. Amen

Gedanken zum Kolosserbrief 2, 16 - 19

Paulus schreibt in Kolosser 2, 16 – 19: „So lasst euch nun von niemandem ein schlechtes Gewissen machen wegen Speise und Trank oder wegen eines bestimmten Feiertages, Neumondes oder Sabbats, die ein Schatten (σκιὰ) der künftigen Dinge sind; der Körper aber ist des Christus. Lasst euch den Siegespreis von niemandem nehmen, der sich gefällt in falscher Demut und Verehrung der Engel und sich dessen rühmt, was er geschaut hat, und ist ohne Grund aufgeblasen in seinem fleischlichen Sinn und hält sich nicht an das Haupt, von dem her der ganze Leib durch Gelenke und Bänder gestützt und zusammengehalten wird und wächst durch Gottes Wirken.“

Da diese Verse sehr gerne dazu benutzt werden um zu erklären, dass wir die Speisegebote, den Sabbat und die Feste Gottes nicht mehr halten müssen, wollen wir sie uns einmal genauer anschauen.

Was ist eigentlich ein Schatten? Im Duden fand ich folgende Erklärung: „Ein Schatten ist -  (mehr oder weniger scharf begrenzter) im Schatten eines Körpers liegender Ausschnitt einer im Übrigen von direktem Licht beschienenen Fläche, der sich dunkel von der helleren Umgebung abhebt

Das griechische Wort, das mit Schatten übersetzt wurde ist σκιά, und die Übersetzungsmöglichkeiten sind Schatten; Schattenbild.

Wenn man sich nun den ersten Satz ansieht, so erkennt man, dass der Körper, welcher den Schatten wirft, Jesus Christus ist. Den Schatten oder das Schattenbild, das durch Jesus Christus erzeugt wird, sind die Gebote und Satzungen Gottes, die ja alle von Jesus vorgelebt wurden. So hielten sich die Urchristen an die Speisegebote, den Sabbat und die Feste des Herrn. Wegen dieser Lebensweise wurden sie aber von den Heiden verklagt und ihnen wurde sozusagen ein schlechtes Gewissen gemacht, weil sie eben anders waren. Auch dürften sie von einer Gruppierung, die Engel verehrte, wegen ihrer Lebensweise angegriffen worden sein.  Paulus bestärkt sie in den Versen 16 – 19 eben weiterhin in dem was Jesus Christus uns vorgelebt hat, auszuharren und sich nicht ein schlechtes Gewissen machen zu lassen, weil sie die Speisegebote, den Sabbat und die Feste des Herrn einhielten.

Würde Paulus ihnen mit diesen Versen erklärt haben, dass die Speisegebote, der Sabbat und die Feste des Herrn keine Gültigkeit mehr haben, dann würden die Verse 20 – 23 keinen Sinn ergeben.

In Kolosser 2, 20 – 23 lesen wir: „Wenn ihr nun mit Christus den Mächten der Welt gestorben seid, was lasst ihr euch dann Satzungen auferlegen, als lebtet ihr noch in der Welt: Du sollst das nicht anfassen, du sollst das nicht kosten, du sollst das nicht anrühren? Das alles soll doch verbraucht und verzehrt werden. Es sind Gebote und Lehren von Menschen, die zwar einen Schein von Weisheit haben durch selbst erwählte Frömmigkeit und Demut und dadurch, dass sie den Leib nicht schonen; sie sind aber nichts wert und befriedigen nur das Fleisch.“

Die Speisegebote, das Sabbatgebot und die Feste des Herrn, sind eindeutig von Gott gegeben und so mit Sicherheit keine Gebote und Lehren von Menschen. Gebote und Lehren von Menschen sind aber zum Beispiel durch die Schriftgelehrten und Pharisäer gegebene, verschärfte Speisegebote, bestimmte Sabbatvorschriften und erfundene Rituale zu Festen des Herrn, sowie Feste und Feiertage die durch die religiösen Führer noch dazugetan wurden. Genau wegen dieser Dinge hat auch schon Jesus Christus die Schriftgelehrten und Pharisäer angegriffen.

Paulus hat also den Kolossern mitgeteilt, dass sie sich wegen dieser menschlichen Gebote und Lehren kein schlechtes Gewissen machen sollten, da sie doch durch Christus ohnehin den Mächten dieser Welt gestorben sind.

Heute sehen wir, wie begründet die Sorgen des Paulus sind. Viele die behaupten Christen zu sein, haben die Gebote und Satzungen Gottes verworfen und folgen den Geboten und Lehren von Menschen, die zwar einen Schein von Weisheit haben, aber tatsächlich nichts wert sind.

Seit Jahrhunderten wird das Wort Gottes verdreht und vergewaltigt, nur um begründen zu können, warum die Gebote und Lehren von Menschen (Sonntag, Weihnachten, Ostern,…) gehalten werden sollen und Gottes Gebote und Satzungen (Speisegebote, Sabbat, Feste des Herrn) keine Gültigkeit mehr haben.

Paulus ermahnt die Kolosser in Kolosser 3, 1 – 4 mit den Worten: „Seid ihr nun mit Christus auferstanden, so sucht, was droben ist, wo Christus ist, sitzend zur Rechten Gottes. Trachtet nach dem, was droben ist, nicht nach dem, was auf Erden ist. Denn ihr seid gestorben, und euer Leben ist verborgen mit Christus in Gott. Wenn aber Christus, euer Leben, sich offenbaren wird, dann werdet ihr auch offenbar werden mit ihm in Herrlichkeit.“

Droben, wo Christus ist, da ist auch die Thora Gottes.

Wenn du nun den Sabbat, die Speisegebote und die Feste des Herrn halten möchtest, so schaue nicht auf die Juden, da ja diese eben noch die ganzen Gebote und Lehren von Menschen im heutigen Judentum haben, sondern orientiere dich allein am Wort Gottes, der Thora!

Glücklich der Mann, der nicht folgt dem Rat der Gottlosen, den Weg der Sünder nicht betritt und nicht im Kreis der Spötter sitzt, sondern seine Lust hat am Gesetz des HERRN und über sein Gesetz sinnt Tag und Nacht! Er ist wie ein Baum, gepflanzt an Wasserbächen, der seine Frucht bringt zu seiner Zeit, und dessen Laub nicht verwelkt; alles was er tut, gelingt ihm. Nicht so die Gottlosen; sondern sie sind wie Spreu, die der Wind verweht. Darum bestehen Gottlose nicht im Gericht, noch Sünder in der Gemeinde der Gerechten. Denn der HERR kennt den Weg der Gerechten; aber der Gottlosen Weg vergeht. Amen
